Anyone who is at least 18 years old and resides in or is physically located in one of the states where we operate is eligible to use WellCare. Additionally, individuals must have a demonstrated medical need for treatment. Our weight loss program is ideal for those with a BMI above the healthy range, weight-related health issues, or who have tried other weight loss methods without desired results.

How do I qualify for medication?

Getting started with WellCare is simple: 1) Meet with your healthcare provider through telehealth appointment. 2) Get approved and select your treatment plan. 3) Receive your medication every 30, 60 or 90 days.

In which states is WellCare available?

Currently, We are avilalbe in Arizona, Washington and Florida. We are constantly expanding, so if your state isn't listed, check back soon or reach out to our support team.

What is the cost of WellCare?

Our programs are designed to be affordable, with many patients saving hundreds of dollars each month. The cost of medication, if approved, is included in the total program cost, which is billed once a month with no hidden fees. Pricing depends on the specific program and treatment options, and all fees are presented upfront.

Does WellCare accept insurance?

We do not accept public or private insurance plans or cost-sharing methods. Clients are responsible for covering the service fees.

How do I receive my medication?

If approved, your prescription will be processed by a third-party compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to the address on file.

Do I need to speak with the provider?

Yes, all clients are required to have a video consultation with a healthcare provider. Unlike other telehealth services that may prescribe medications through an online form, we believe a proper diagnosis requires a real-time conversation with a provider.

Does WellCare require a long-term contract?

No, WellCare operates on a month-to-month basis. You are not required to commit to a long-term contract.
